 Can we extend that to allow for a softcoded library?  Since there is no
OVRDTAARA command (and Rochester doesn't seem to care about such minutiae)
this would really be helpful.

 This still doesn't really help on cmds w/ RTNVAR( *YES ).  You would need
a custom procedure for each command.

 If you use the CPFxxxx scheme to monitor for msgs, then theoretically we
could use the system reply list to auto-answer *INQ msgs.
