You've just been hanging around liberals too much <vbg>

Around here, if they don't listen, they get fired. Period.

One is hired to perform a job.  Sometimes that job has rules.  If you don't play
by the rules ,,, your outta here!

Standards exist on the strength of the manager's backbone.

Now, conversely, lively discussion as to the "merit" of the rules is also a part
of the job.  We have a rule, problems are brought up once, potential solutions
have no limit.
