Ya know, I'm beginning to think that the "$100 budget" has been blown out of the
water by Hans reading and responding to all of these posts.

Bob, give it a rest, already! Are you so bored that you have nothing else to
complain about? (I may regret giving you that opening!) Was your flight in a
holding pattern for four hours today? Honestly, I admire your extensive RPG
knowledge and always _want_ to give you the benefit of a doubt in expressing
your opinions, but you have a tendency to beat the dead horse well after its
been turned into glue! (Sorry for the horrendous metaphor!)

You've made yourself clear. Very clear. Several times over.

(Now I really am done! Reall.... Wait, I've said this before, haven't I?)

Hans,

As you know, most of us General Purpose Business Applications programmers
don't tend to write too many compilers in our lifetimes.....

Someday, from my ivory tower (which today is the airport in Austin Texas) I
hope IBM understand the AS/400's place in the market. You don't write an
Invoice program for the AS/400 because you can use free-form CF-specs. You
write an Invoice program for the AS/400 because it is reliable, has a great
database, and is EASY to use. The old acronym is still true today, KISS. We
just don't care about Compsci theories. We want the f'n Order Entry program
to work.
