I recently was given the "C" source for doing data encryption in a somewhat
compatible format to RC4.  I also have a VB version.  I plan on writing a
RPGIV version to work with my sockets applications.  It would be very nice
to have XOR, OR, AND... for this project.  But for now, BITON/BITOFF will
have to do.
