To join two files, you create a third file using the DDS of the original
two.  This third file is the name you specify in your FORMAT parameter.  It
will never contain the actual data, it will only be used to format the data
the way you want.  You specify this same file in the RPG program.

ORDER BY is done using the KFLD parameter.
