I brought that exact point up during soundoff at COMMON, 2-3 times.   It was
not 
met with cheers from the Rochester people.   It did get a big laugh from the
Toronto
people in the back row however.   I think Rochester's position is that they
will never 
give up ownership of it,  but they will never enhance it either.
