Sunil:

You have to create 5250 stream from your program.  I used to do this on the S/36
and S/36E and RPG/400 (R3 days when WINDOW was not available in DDS) to create 
pop
up windows.  Also, USRDSPMGT keyword maybe required in the DDS.  IBM has a book
called IBM 5250 Information Display System Functions Reference Manual 
SA21-9247-6.
This is not for the faint of heart and I had to go through hoops to get this 
manual
from IBM.

My suggestion is use a large field and use program logic to trim/strip out
unnecessary stuff.
