Copyright statements for ILE objects can be found with the List ILE
Program Information (QBNLPGMI) API format PGML0500; List Service
Program Information (QBNLSPGM) API format SGPL0500; and List Module
Information (QBNLMODI) format MODL0500. All three APIs can be found
in the Program and CL Commands chapter of the System API Reference.

I'm not sure what type of 'version' identifier you are looking for;
but you may want to look at the Retrieve Object Description (QUSROBJD)
API for an idea of what may be available.
