When I called IBM direct (800) 426-2255, the IT specialist categorically told
me "You cannot upgrade code/400 to V3R2M2 when you have V3R2 on the AS/400".
I left a message on the ibm.software.code400 newsgroup on the
ibm.software.ibm.com news server. Hopefully, I will know the answer soon.
If somebody has been successful in getting V3R2M2 with V3R2 on the AS/400,
please let me know. Thanks.
