What's worse, Read all the records on the partial key and skipping the ones
that don't meet the down stream restriction or OPNQRYF which basically does
the same thing at closer to machine level than RPG?

I wouldn't want to even imagine the performance on a system that
allowed this. The indexes would be incredible to say the least.
