System Upgradation

Hi All,


I am working for a client who has 3 AS/400 machines of type 9406 and models 
F60, F35 and F02 with OS V3R2.
Which of these models can be upgraded in the following categories to the latest 
version of OS.

Category                Current                         Desired 
                        F60        F35      F02
Disk capacity   -       28GB     4GB    2GB             100-300 GB (Combined)
Memory  -       228MB    40MB   16MB            512-1024 MB(Combined)

Can these be combined together during upgradation?
