Supported tools and TAATOOLs are mutually exclusive.  That is why many 
of us are not happy with TAATOOLS and wish IBM would come out with a 
supported command instead.

Well, the easiest is to go get Bruce Schneier's book "Applied
Cryptography" and learn how to roll your own.  ALso, you can get the CDROM
that has all the C code in it and perhaps some day you'll see these crypto
routines as supported tools in TAATOOLs...
