When you compile your program, can you specify your version of the
OS in the TGTRLS parameter?  (and does the program still compile?)

In V3R1 or later, the RPG/400 compiler is PART of the ILE RPG/400
compiler.   So, V3R0M5 is the only V3 OS where you would have RPG/400
and not have an ILE RPG compiler.

If you're going back to version 2, I think V2R3 is the only version
that supports anything ILE (correct me if I'm wrong) and I imagine
the functions that it supports are a bit limited.
