I am told that the watch feature is available in V4 along with others like F16 for find again. To be frank, IBM tries hard to add stuff in every new release to all their products and the debugger is no exception. People like Hans, Jon, Mark etc. from IBM can add their thoughts on what else is coming up. One thing I find useful is the "What is new in this release?" document.
