my recent problem involving the
WRITE was all for naught it seems.
the answer (the ones you guys
gave, was there in the code, i just
missed it) dumb dumb dumb ;)

anyway. i'm gonna hopefully write
a new pgm 2nite. but here's the
problem entering an item # will
yield said items supplier info
and item # & supplier info are
in 2 separate pf's. how can you
link these files if neither info
occurs in the other?

i was thinking CHAIN, am i on
the right track?

regards,

Mohammad
