In RPG classic, define an array with three cells each one byte long zoned
numeric.
Then define a data structure that contains a 3 byte zoned number in
positions 1-3 and overlay the previously defined array on positions 1-3 in
the data structure.
Z-ADD the integer to the zoned number.  Here's a sample program:

 E                    ARRAY       3  1 0

 I            DS

 I                                        1   30ZONED

 I                                        1   3 ARRAY

 C                     Z-ADD123       INT     30

 C                     Z-ADDINT       ZONED

 C                     SETON                     LR
