Mohammad,

I'm not trying to discourage you, but if you are taking a course in RPG,
your instructor should be answering these questions.  based the on your
questions, you have not been properly prepared to do the things you are
trying to do.

That being said, here are the answers to your questions.

qcmdexc (and all programs called from RPG) should be enclosed in quotes
(').
without quotes, the compiler thinks you are using a variable name to
define the program. All variables must be defined to the program. 

I don't know what you are trying to do with QTEMP, but the compiler
thinks it is a file name (QTEMP is the name of a system generated
library that each user gets their own personal copy of when they sign
on).  

Any Read operation must reference a valid file which is described in the
'F' specs.
