Try bringing in the record format as another data structure.  Then you can
move DS to DS.

Example (assuming NwRecord is the DS and USR20 your record):

D USR20DS     E DS            ExtName(USR20filename)

then you can:

C                   move      NwRecord      USR20DS

(excuse if the columns aren't exact, but you should get the idea.)

It ends up working like a CPYF with FMTOPT(*NOCHK).

I know that if both DS's are the same origin (same external copy name), then
you can:

C           Eval     USR20DS = NwRecord

whether that compiles/works for DS's of non-equal origin/lengths, I don't
know...   haven't tried it, yet.
