The only obvious thing I can on the bulk senders info is the bit about a reverse DNS entry i.e. "Keep valid reverse DNS records for the IP address(es) from which you send mail, pointing to your domain.?.

Problem I have is that we are hosted on iInTheCloud and use their central SMTP mailer. So I?m guessing that the IP of that box is the one I have to use and associate it with mail.systemideveloper.com or whatever it is coming from.

I'm not particularly knowledgeable about gmail, but the general rules
for IP addresses and host names for email are:

1. The connecting IP address should have a reverse DNS entry.

2. The host name of the reverse DNS entry should resolve to one or
more IP addresses, one of which should match the connecting IP
address.

Your cloud provider should be already taking care of #1 and #2. If
not, you need a different cloud provider.

3. The HELO/EHLO host name should be a fully-qualified host name which
should resolve to one or more IP addresses, one of which should match
the connecting IP address.

You, or whoever controls the DNS for systemideveloper.com, needs make
sure that #3 is covered.

Note that the HELO/EHLO host name does NOT need to be one of the
reverse DNS entries of #2.

On my own mail server I don't reject for any DNS issues. I do reject
if the HELO/EHLO host name is not a fully-qualified host name, or if
the connecting mail server identifies itself to my mail server as
being my mail server.
