I did a fastsupport with the local guru from the PC repair shop and he
cleared up the At Risk issue in about 30 seconds.

He did a Reactivate Disk which I have been wanting to do, but it was always
grayed out for me in Disk Management.

I went into Disk Management via the My Computer route whereas he went in
via command line. He's not sure that made the difference, but it made me
look like a dunce.

Still need to do a CHKDSK but will be scheduling that, most likely after
they convert it to a Basic disk.
