Yea... I messed around a bit with Open Office, but it isn't directly compatible with Office, and most folk are familiar with Office.

Thought having now read the small print, what Microsoft is offering for free in Office 365 isn't the complete package. For that they want $4.50 per user per month, which is, I think, about half price.
