It's a micro$oft product, it probably has a limit on number of chars in the
name.
The number of chars in the path name contribute to the number of chars in
the file name.
I've run into the problem in XP as well.

Subject: [PCTECH] Problems Moving My Documents on Windows 7

Hi Folks,

When I try moving the My Documents folder to our server on Windows 7 and
drill down to where I need to be I can't change the path showed and
don't have the Move button I'm supposed to have.

The user is setup as the Administrator of the domain of the local PC
and the server domain,

Any idea what I am missing here?

Thanks!

Chuck
