However, the Mac RDP Client can't use a TSGW/RDGW, so if you're using
that you must allow some form of VPN connection for the Macs. And this
is where it usually gets tricky.

I would recommend using Citrix XenApp instead - they also have a
native Mac Client, and the Citrix Mac Client supports the Citrix
Secure Gateway.
