Unless you have special arrangements with your ISP's you most likely "just" get a standard "the internet is over here" configuration on each on your connections.

The TCP/IP-term for "over here" is "default gateway". Try running "ipconfig" in cmd.exe (Start->run->cmd.exe) and see what IP-number is used. That is the way your traffic goes.
