dsl w/vonage and iseries access -- PCTECH

Remote user having trouble staying connected.
Win Remote Desktop connection stays up, but
iSeries Access keeps bouncing (keeps getting
disconnected).
Could Vonage on the dsl interfere?
Other remote users not having a problem.
User claims not streaming music or other, and
rest of internet working fine.
