Excellent point but you will eventually have to move so I think that you
should at least set aside a budget item to get the IT folks working with IT.
It will certainly pay off in the long run.

For what it's worth, the main reason I'm not going to upgrade yet is simply
because the cost of an upgrade for a couple of hundred users far exceeds the
minimal value we get with Vista over and above XP.
