If you think this is better off in Midrange-L, let me know.

We have 1 PC that, when starting iNav (for the purpose of viewing spool files) causes a hard reset on the PC. Doesn't happen instantly, but after about 10 seconds of 'thinking' goes bam!

I have done a virus scan, 2 spyware scans, reinstalled Client Access, and tried it under both the users signon and Administrator signon. Still happens. User said it started over a month ago and would happen once in a great while. As time passed, it kept getting worse and worse until now it's an all-the-time thing. Windows event viewers don't seem to have anything relevant.

Any ideas?
