Have you tried the "msconfig" utility. I am pretty sure that it is on
the vanilla XP install. It has a tab that shows what is run on
startup. You can see what is running on startup and where it is.

I believe that you can also use the "software explorer" portion of
Windows Defender .. I think this function works in XP (I am on Vista).

this. That's why it doesn't seem right to me it takes a cleanup program
just to find out what will be run on your PC.

Maybe I'm just cheap or I'm skeptical because I have seen big claims from
cleanup programs in the past that weren't everything they were billed to
be, The program you reference is a free download so we'll see. Thanks
