Sorry for the late reply here. Saw it at home over the weekend but couldn't
remember the model. We use a Belkin OmniView Pro 4 Port and have had it for
about 8 years and have had NO problems with it in that time. We have two
Windows Servers, a Fax Server and a NAS attached to it. It's nothing fancy
or anything and probably way out of date by now :-)

doesn't have a manual switch but the person recommending it said he's
not had any trouble with using the hot keys.
