All,

Anyone know of any software that will resize a Windows Dynamic disk
partition without destroying the data? It's the system partition on W2K
Server.

I bought Paragon Partition Manager Server Edition for $300, installed it,
and then couldn't do it. All the options were grayed out. The help text
then said it only works on Basic disks, not Dynamic disks. The help text
literally ended with the 1-word sentence: "Sorry." The online info chart
comparing the 4 versions of Partition Manager says nothing about not working
with Dynamic disks.

They did suggest a work around: Save everything to another disk, reformat
this disk, and reload everything. Well duh. Then why do I need Partition
Manager?

Is it Friday yet?
