Good suggestion. I plugged my ISP cable directly into my PC and it works fine. Fried Router.

Try plugging the PC directly into your broadband modem ... if you get
the same behavior, then it's probably the PC. If not, then it's the router.

Do you have the router & modem on a surge suppressor? They are just as
susceptible to power problems as PC's are.
