Hi All,

I am having quality of service issues with my ISP and I would welcome any
pointers/recommendations on what I might/should be checking.

The problem is that my connection will intermittently drop and then
reconnect in a minute or two. It might be fine for about 10 hours - it might
drop every five minutes. Usually (but not always) the DSL light will go off
on the modem.

The modem (provided by my ISP) is a ZyXEL Prestige 600 series.

I am using a DLink DI-524 router.

I have an iSeries on my network from which I serve 3 websites.

To the best of my knowledge, the router is configured properly.

Could my iSeries be causing a problem (something in the configuration of my
TCP)?

Any recommendations or comments greatly appreciated.

Regards

Paul Tuohy
