I believe they have a trial full version to download.  I have purchased it,
and use it occasionally to do some registry cleaning.  It seems to work
fairly well.  For some of the problems I have encountered, it has been worth
it.

I've been having stability problems with my PC ad did a scan with the free
version.  It identified over 1,600 problems (not bad on a 12 month old
machine!) - many of which relate to Symantec products that I thought I had
banished from my machine after the last AV "upgrade" roasted the machine
for
over 24 hours!
