To All:

Yesterday when I tried to send an e-mail to our Poland office, I got the
following & I found out this has been happening for about a week:

<SNIP>

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

      Subject:             Testing

      Sent:                 9/20/2006 8:18 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      twlodarczyk@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx on 9/20/2006 8:18 AM

            There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's
email server. Please contact your system administrator.

blackholes.five-ten-sg.com; see

<SNIP>

This is what I get when I go to the url http://www.five-ten-sg.com/ &
take the first option to test our IP address.

<SNIP>

IP address 12.145.185.52 is listed here as kohls.com spam.

<SNIP>

This is what I got this morning from our Poland office when I tried to
test e-mail them which did go through:

<SNIP>

Recently we improved the spam blocking system and this is when the
problem started, our servers see your addresses as spams, for now we
removed some filters but it looks like your domain address is on some
list, someone might have added it there by a mistake or on purpose.

<SNIP>

So the question is where can I go to get off this list & also find out
how many other lists we might be on? When I go to the
http://www.five-ten-sg.com/ web site I don't find any way of getting in
contact with them. I tried the webmaster route & was told:

<SNIP>

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

      'carl@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx' on 9/21/2006 9:08 AM

            You do not have permission to send to this recipient. For
assistance, contact your system administrator.

<SNIP>

I did Google whois & found on one of the links that according to this
site we are not on any blacklists. The blacklist should stop after 20
hours unless there is more abuse but that does not seem to work either
so is it a permanent blacklist?

Calls to Poland are being made until we can get this rectified but there
is the cost involved & the time zone differences that require we get
this figured out. I am not the e-mail person, I just know enough to be
dangerous.

I found an e-mail where David recommended using
http://www.completewhois.org/ but I can't seem to get there right now.

Thanks - Dennis
