Will it work for me with the users, just need a line in the
documentation/training manual that says "If you get a CPF error message just
take an I to ignore the message or if that is not available a G"

As far as I can remember, this has been the behavior of Word: if you
print a document it sets the "file changed" flag.  After some research,
this is because some Field Codes are reset due to repagination.
