None of the mentioned files are on my box. I am running Windows XP Media edition, which I suspect may be the culprit in the end. I hesitate to make the install because something is not as it appears. My history in such matters is that afterwards i say "doh*, how could I have been so stupid?

These links used to work with Firefox, then I upgraded to the newest version and the links started telling me to install a plug in. What plug in? I have everything I ever had, so I am thinking it must be a setting I am missing?
