my only experience with vonage CS was with an American.  Probably a
teenager or not much older.  didn't know much about the system except
what he read out of his troubleshooter handbook (walked me through the
usual steps... reboot pc, reboot router, etc.).

ymmv, that was 8 months ago.  may have changed since.
