Subject: [PCTECH] Windows XP Mouse Question...

Hi Folks,

I figured out how to do this (once) early last year and darned if I can
remember or find anything in the settings for the mouse on the PC or
anywhere on the internet HOW to get the mouse to stop "executing" something
while the pointer is over and item but no button has been clicked ?

My internet searching could very well have been fruitless due to a wording
issues; I was not really sure HOW to word it.

Thanks !

Chuck
