Doesn't it seem strange that this is a command line function in 2K &
XP, while there's a GUI function in Win9x/ME (WINIPCFG)?  Or is it
called something else in 2K & XP?

Chuck, can the browser on the "problem child" see the router at
192.168.2.1?  This is where I do all my "reseting" (release/renew)
nowadays, using the router's browser interface.  Don't know if that's
a common element of all routers.
