I agree. The ONLY "issue" we have seen is firewall settings that decide to
mess with VPN software. It just needs to be adjusted...

For starters, Service Pack 2 isn't new.  It's been out for several
months.  We have been running it here in our office on every desktop
since last fall with very little problems.

I strongly suggest you download it and apply ASAP.
