Problem with Word 2003 XP, font Times New Roman and font size 12

HI Folks,

 

Have a user on a new PC, XP Pro, Office 2003 XP with Word 2003.

 

They opened a 4 page document and printed it and the first page was fine and
the rest was a series of goofy looking characters going down the page in a
single column on the left side about 1" in.

Then something that was BOLD in the document was OK. Then more garbage.

 

So changing the Font Size to something else fixed the problem.

 

Any ideas what is going on or what could cause this ?
