Dan -
Unless Dell has changed it, hit F8 while booting, select the option to go to
a Command window only, then type ZZTOP from the DOS command prompt.  This
program will allow you to reload from an image that is stored in a hidden
partition on the hard disk (unless the data in this partition is corrupt...)
