Is there a PC around that has enough memory to store everything?  If so,
either get a cheap hub and transfer the data at network speeds -or- buy a
special USB cable meant for data transfer.

If you absolutely want a no cost solution, then find a freeware zip program
that will allow a zip file to span multiple disks.
