Um, sure. I tried a File|Save As and saw that there was an option to save as
a template (never looked before) so I did. I saw that it saved to a
directory as a file.

Said to myself: "Self, if they let you save it they must let you use it."

The logical place was somewhere in File|New. I knew it wasn't New|Mail
Message because I use that all the time and I've never been prompted for a
template name so it must be something else. Gee, what's this "Choose Form"
thing? Try it and see there are options including one called "User Templates
in File System", maybe....

Walden you are such a tease (said with a grin!)  Many of us live in the
Microsoft world but don't know where to look aside from poking around
aimlessly.  Can you describe how you found it?
