While it is hidden David said he has Netbios over TCP/IP enabled.  So he must 
have found it.  

David,

Of course you did share at least one folder?  
Of course you did use the XP wizard to setup the network?
PS:  Even though you know a lot about networks XP needs to go through the 
Wizard to get it's ducks lined up.
Of course if you go into Start, My Computer, View system information, Computer 
Name you see something besides Full computer name and the same Workgroup as you 
have on your other computers.
Of course you have re-booted all PC's since starting up the XP network.
It has to be something simple.
