I am still a little confused.  Are you looking for email and Dialup support or
just email?

If you are looking for just email and wouldn't mind moving your site, check out
hostway.com. I have my personal site there and have no problems with them. They
provide email accounts to go with your site.  They also offer some other
features that I don't use.

For dial-up, the only suggestion I have is Netzero.com, but I don't think they
are worldwide.
