How are you doing this ?

I currently close out of Outlook before I leave each evening and copy the
*.pst file(s) to another drive... No automatic deal.

Do you have a way of automating this ? I do have a Zip drive 250MB and a
Bonzai USB Mini-Drive with 32MB card (too small...).

I have my Outlook replicate my e-mail to an off line file.  That off line
file is kept on our file server and backup nightly.  I can get to it from
home via VPN as well.  The off line file is only updated when the client is
on line though, not by the server but as a function of Outlook client.  Is
the Notes a function of the server?
