The only way I know of to do that is to cut/paste data in a different place and use an if statement. Then set your print area.

Data located in column E and F
AAAA    1234
AAAA    5678
AAAA    2222
AAAA    5874
BBBB    1234
BBBB    5678

Print area set as A1..B???
Formula in cell A2:
=E2
Formula in cell B2:
=F2
Formula in Cell A3..A???
=IF(E3<>E2,E3," ")
Formula in Cell B3..B???
=F3

Good luck,
John Brandt

Is there a way to do this in Excel?
        Col 1   Col 2
Row 1 AAAA      1234
Row 2 AAAA      5678
Row 3 AAAA      2222
Row 4 AAAA      5874
Row 5 BBBB      1234
Row 6 BBBB      5678

What I want is when it prints to show like this

        Col 1   Col 2
Row 1   AAAA    1234
Row 2           5678
Row 3           2222
Row 4           5874
Row 5   BBBB    1234
Row 6           5678

i.e. if Col A has same value as the row above it don't print/make blank
Col A
