As I understand it, this kind of setup is pretty common in Linux
distributions that have decided upon Python 3 as their "system"
Python.

We follow PEP 394 (https://www.python.org/dev/peps/pep-0394/) and we don't
ship any symlinks to python, pip, ... with our Python 3, but with our
Python 2. So, I'm presuming that Aaron is setting up these links when he
creates the Litmis space. I would hope that these links are not created in
/QOpenSys/usr/bin, since that would conflict with the Option 4 symlinks we
create.


[1] It so happens that the Litmis Space *also* has the cp27 wheel,
which is currently superfluous.
