You could also just reinstall and see if that fixes it (might be faster) :(

I am going the completely-uninstall-5733OPS route (GO LICPGM opt 12) and
wanted to note that after uninstalling I can still see a few things that
weren't cleaned up:

% ls /QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/OPS
Node4 source tools

I will delete the OPS directory before installing.

You've had this error before and Jesse asked one of the PTF guys and they
said based on the error message, it looked to them like the option was not
installed. From DSPSFWRSC, it seems like you have all the options
installed, though. Not sure what to tell you. You could open a PMR and
someone from the installation management team (or whatever they call it)
could help you debug the issue further. You could also just reinstall and
see if that fixes it (might be faster) :(

The weird thing is that from your previous directory listing, I is the
bash and iconv manifests there, so certainly those PTFs (and option 7) are
installed. Not sure why this option 7 PTF wouldn't work but those do.

Hmm... You're right, they're not on there and they should be. I now
ordered the upzip PTF and here is what I get when I try to load it.

Additional Message Information

Message ID . . . . . . : CPF3590 Severity . . . . . . . : 40

Message type . . . . . : Diagnostic

Date sent . . . . . . : 07/06/16 Time sent . . . . . . :

Message . . . . : PTF 5733OPS-SI61064 V1R1M0 not loaded.

Cause . . . . . : Program temporary fix (PTF) 5733OPS-SI61064 V1R1M0
was
not
loaded because it either already exists in the library or is for an
option
that is not installed. PTF 5733OPS-SI61064 V1R1M0 is for option 0007.

Processing is stopped.

Recovery . . . : Remove PTF 5733OPS-SI61064 V1R1M0 and try the
request

again.

Part of me thinks my 5733OPS is just hosed and I should remove it and
start
over. Thoughts on doing that?

From that it looks like you do not have the PTFs for zip, unzip,
python 2,
py2 ibm_db, py2 itoolkit, or cloud-init packages applied.
